    H-FARM College is an international higher education institution at the intersection of education, business, and innovation. As part of the H-FARM ecosystem, the College delivers globally‑oriented programs in partnership with top international universities and industry leaders.

    To support our growth, we are currently looking for an exceptional young professional to join our Admission team. The role supports student recruitment, selection, and enrollment activities, ensuring an outstanding admission experience aligned with the College's values.

    Main tasks

    • Assist the Admissions Team in managing and tracking inquiries, applications, and admissions procedures
    • Manage communication with prospective students, applicants, and families (email, phone, online and on‑campus meetings)
    • Support the organization and execution of admissions events, such as open houses, college tours, and orientation sessions
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on the school's admissions platforms
    • Assist in maintaining the admissions database and ensuring the accuracy of applicant records
    • Help coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow‑up communications with applicants and their families
    • Provide support in the preparation of admissions reports and analysis of enrollment data
    • Assist in the onboarding process of newly admitted students, ensuring they receive all necessary documentation and information prior to their start date
    • Stay informed about the college's programs, curriculum, and extracurricular offerings to effectively communicate with prospective students

    Requirements/Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field
    • Strong interest in higher education and student recruitment
    • Prior experience in admissions, customer service, or administrative support is preferred
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus)
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExperience with CRM or admissions software is an advantage
    • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast‑paced setting
