In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better

You are responsible for

Supporting Account Managers by providing clinical decision support for products and solutions, including sales presentations, product demonstrations.
Supporting and advising the sales force during customer acquisition.
Developing and executing winning clinical sales strategies to expand market share
Actively participating with sales team in coordinating and executing clinical evaluations, product demonstrations and presentations
Educating sales team on emerging clinical issues and positioning solutions to address these market changes.
Supporting new products launches Customer Training
Ensuring that all customers are provided with high quality training and attention so that each customer is fully satisfied with the attention received from Philips
Conducting regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and the customer satisfaction
Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner

You are a part of
an organization with an incredible diversity of skills, backgrounds, functions and challenges. You will report to the Ultrasound Business Manager IIG (Italy, Israel and Greece).

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

Bachelor Degree level education in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent experience
Indepth knowledge and experience of Ultrasound
At lleast 5 years of experience in clinical field
Previous experience working in or with indirect channels is highly appreciated
Business acumen and commercial mindset
Willingness to travel is required
Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language (italian)
