    Per conto di un importante gruppo retail cerchiamo un Senior Retail Controller con un ruolo chiave nel supporto alla crescita del business. La figura si occuperà del monitoraggio delle performance economico-finanziarie, in un contesto dinamico e in evoluzione.

    Responsabilità principali:

    • Gestione del controllo di gestione Retail (ricavi, margini e costi).
    • Coordinamento e sviluppo di due risorse interne.
    • Responsabilità dei processi di budget, forecast e piano pluriennale.
    • Supporto alle attività di sviluppo della rete retail e M&A.
    • Analisi degli scostamenti e individuazione di azioni di miglioramento.
    • Supporto al management tramite analisi economico-finanziarie e KPI.
    • Monitoraggio della redditività per canale e punto vendita e miglioramento dei processi di reporting.

    È richiesta una Laurea in discipline Economiche, un'esperienza di almeno 6/7 anni in posizioni simili, in contesti retail di grandi dimensioni. La buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e doti di leadership completano il profilo professionale.
