Compensation & Benefits Intern
We are looking for new graduates to participate in our Early Year Talent Program.

This is a 6 months internship program, during which you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge into practice and acquire skills through a working opportunity.

This program is open to recent graduates from different disciplines and cover a wide range of roles.

What You Will Do:

Supporting your assigned tutor, you'll follow the new projects on the following topics:

Participate and assist in team projects and ad hoc duties assigned, like:
Market survey on the gender pay gap and pay equity calculation.
Market research on Sustainable Mobility Solution.
Market research on attractive benefits for the new generations.
Improvement and implementation of existing tools.
Support the team Compensation & Benefits in daytoday activities.
Maintain and update files and databases.
Assist in reporting and analytics.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in IT, HR, Economy or related field;
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
Ability to exercise independent judgement, think critically and work well in crossfunctional teams.
Analytical thinking.
Teamwork and outstanding attention to detail.
Fluent in English.
Lives near Vimercate.

38 hours per week

Working hours:
8 hours Monday - Thursday, 6 hours Friday.
