(url removed) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


LEGISLATIVE DECREE 231/01 Develop and review of the structure of the Compliance Program pursuant the Legislative Decree 231/2001 for all the Group Italian Company.

Manage the day-to-day oversight and coordination of the Supevisory Body in fulfilling its supervisory role, referred to the proper functioning, effectiveness and updating of the Compliance Program pursuant the Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Support the business in responding to regulatory and legal changes and liaison with regulatory bodies where required.

Develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic 231 compliance issues Represent the Supervisory Body during the Board of auditors meetings and provides reports on a regular basis to Board of Directors and Board of Auditrs, to keep the Group Internal Control department, and senior management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts pursuant 231/01 Create and deliver internal training on relevant 231 compliance topics.

ABAC THIRD PARTY DUE DILIGENCE Collaboration in the regional implementation and management of the 3rd Party Due Diligence Training on the use of CMDW / 3rd Party Risk Assessment Tool for internal personnel (network development personnel involved in identifying and on-boarding 3rd parties).Manage the day-to-day oversight and coordination of the 3rd Party Due Diligence Program to ensure timely and accurate completion of initial and periodic due diligence screening of 3rd parties.

Perform the evaluations of 3rd party risk assessments for the region. Based on the results, determine what additional due diligence is required. Submit corporate intelligence requests for high-risk 3rd parties.

Assist with the Regional coordinator will review of corporate intelligence reports and determine whether the region can commence or continue the relationship with the 3rd PartyEnsure that that 3rd party due diligence screening results, assessments and documentation are properly and appropriately maintained in the 3rd party due diligence system(s) and that is operated consistent withapplicable standards, policies and procedures of the company.

Advises regional management and compliance department on the development of 3rd party corrective action and risk reduction plans; performs monitoring andfollow-up reviews to ensure 3rd party corrective action and/or risk reduction plans have been adequately implemented.

Acts as a liaison with external consultants on 3rd party due diligence matters. Participate in other ad-hoc compliance projects as deemed necessary.

COMPLIANCE PROGRAM Support the Compliance team, in developing and implementation of the Group compliance program and policies with particular reference to the creation of the Compliance Program structure and update of the Code of Conduct Develops, initiates, maintains and revises local policies, procedures and controls for the general operation of the Corporate Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct.

Manages day-to-day operation of the Program and provides guidance to management and employees.

Under the supervision and prior approval of the Compliance Department initiates local investigative procedures in response to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.

Institutes and maintains an effective compliance communication program for the staff, including promoting (a) use of the Compliance Helpline; (b) heightened awareness of standards of conduct, and (c) understanding of new and existing compliance issues and related policies and procedures (d) promoting Internal Control framework and best practices.

Works with Compliance Department to develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge and Understanding an effective in-house compliance program and global regulatory requirements related to anti-bribery / anti-corruption.
Knowledge of compliance standards and best practices.
Experience in documenting, designing and testing internal controls. Excellent policy drafting skills.

Demonstrated strong analytical skillsStrong leadership competencies and skills with ability to cross-functionally lead and communicate effectively with all levels of management in a large, international, matrix organizationExcellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels including senior management (Board and Audit Committee level) Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, foster teamwork and influence effectively Demonstrated research capabilities and good problem solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.

Excellent time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage/prioritize multiple matters and balance quality with expedience LANGUAGES:
