We're looking for a motivated and driven Project Manager - Learning Management System (LMS)who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks Paint the world green You manage various Digital Learning & Knowledge projects (process automation, workflow streamlining, IT improvements, LMS feature development and more)You understand the current quality processes and existing software in detail, identify gaps and suggest improvements and continuously optimize them.

You support FlixBus continuous international expansion, including country and regional launches and post-merger integrations with focus on strengthening the Digital Learning footprint.

You can contribute to creating new, exciting online content to increase user satisfaction with the LMSYou work closely with units across Operations, Tech and Country Organizations to ensure that users adhere to established processes and quality standards.

You get hands-on involved in managing our Learning Management System and the user baseYou contribute to the development of quality standards and mechanisms across Flix to ensure alignment and effective decision making.

You manage change pro-actively and you can bridge the gap between different kinds of stakeholders.

Your Profile Ready to hop on board You have 2+ years professional experience in project management, operations or techYou have experience with project management within a multi-stakeholder environment.

You have experience with global expansion activities.

Experience setting up digital learning and training frameworks would be an advantageYou have a recordof completed projects that have delivered significant business value.

You have an analytical, yet creative mindYou have an affinity for technology and a keen interest for learning new technical concepts.

Experience working with a Learning Management System (Docebo-based an advantage), basic reporting (PowerBi) or Tech admin tasks would be an advantage.

You have experience with agile way of working (Scrum, Kanban, Sprints etc.)You are fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
