RDM Group is looking for a
Controlling Specialist to join the
Controlling Team
based in Milan, Italy.

The
Controlling Specialist will be in charge of maximising the return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.

Reporting to the Planning & Analysis Manager

Main responsibilities:

Processing
the
budget hypothesis regarding the cost of production factors;
Preparing the data for the
annual budget and multiyear plans;
Developing the
final data collection and preparing
periodic directive report;
Preparing monthly and periodic reports on the business management trend in all its departments;
Preparing the data necessary to carry out specific analysis, when required or necessary.

Main Qualifications:

Degree in Economics or equal training;

3 years of experience in a similar position in structured firms background in the manufacturing industry from process companies is an advantage;

Excellent knowledge of English. Another European language is a preferred;

Strong knowledge of financial statements, cost accounting, budgeting & forecasting methods;

Command of Windows Office tools, especially proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
Ability to manage strict deadlines;
Strong analytical skills and attentions to details;
Proactive approach, problem solving, good soft skills, confidentiality and ability to work in a team.
