Delivering EV charger projects- Responsible for the process that should be done from inception to commissioning and ongoing operations of the project
- Product aftersales and EV charger maintenance technical support
- Remote expert diagnosis of difficult problems
- Compilation of maintenance case
- Product technical data production and training
- Collect feedback on customer issues and promote R&D improvement and upgrading
Job Requirements:
- Technical education background and indepth knowledge of charger products is a plus.
- Experience of projects in the public realm
- Happy to work as part of a team and also independently when required
- IT proficient
- Have good problem solving skills
- Fluent in Chinese and English
