- As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality treatments designed to enhance clients' physical appearance, including beauty treatments, facials, body treatments, massages, manicures and pedicures etc.
- Determine and perform personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. This includes examining the body part to be treated and selecting the most suitable treatment options.
- Recommend aesthetic products and services that align with clients' preferences. Ensure seamless communication throughout the treatment process.
- Maintain compliance with established setup procedures for branded and non-branded treatments. Follow reception protocol as well as in-room procedures before or after every session.
- Fully comprehend guest requirements by paying close attention during their stay at our facility. Provide prompt responses while being attentive enough not display signs of nervousness when making product suggestions over phone calls!
