    Our organization is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team in South Italy.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with at least 10 years of experience in end-to-end HR practices and preferably manufacturing sector background.

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field

    For this role we are looking for candidates who have excellent MS Office skills. The ideal candidate should also be experienced in Industrial Relations management and union relations as well as having knowledge about HR systems such as SAP and Success Factors.

    Minimum 3 yrs of exp.in team mgmt . Proven record of developing & improving human resources practices by monitoring outputs from hr analytics reports (e.g employee engagement survey workforce turnover rate demographics).
    The successful applicant must also be able to prepare an annual workforce plan with managers provide consultancy coaching on matters related to workforce ensure the company strategy properly managed all recruitment processes under their area responsibility according set standards taking part competency potential assessment processes talent management positions under responsibility
