    Global Consumer Team Assistant
    The Global Consumer Team Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the team, ensuring smooth execution of processes and facilitating interactions with key corporate functions. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in an international environment.

    Main Activities and Responsibilities
    • Event and Travel Coordination: Organize international travel for up to 14 team members. Plan and coordinate meetings and events.
    • Financial and Administrative Support: Track and process team invoices, purchase orders, budget tracking, agreements, and repositories of documentation.
    • Corporate and Team Support: Provide support to expat team members with local administrative interactions. Assist team members with corporate services such as IT, phone, and car fleet management.
    • Additional Responsibilities: Support ad hoc projects, take meeting minutes, and facilitate communication between the team and international stakeholders.

    Job Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • Fluent English speaker
    • Native Italian speaker
    • Strong organizational skills, particularly in project coordination
    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to take meeting minutes
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLS), PowerPoint (PPT), and PDF management
    • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple departments
