- Analizzare le prestazioni del prodotto e delle collezioni e fornire input sull'evoluzione delle collezioni e/o sulle azioni da intraprendere durante la stagione per migliorare le vendite;
- Raccogliere, analizzare e interpretare settimanalmente i dati di vendita, per area geografica, canale, stagione, categoria prodotto;
- Analisi KPI di business e di prodotto;
- Fornire dati di sell in e sell out sulle stagioni in corso e passate;
- Analisi marginalità per categoria di prodotto;
- Presentazione al top management di analisi approfondite delle vendite per identificare punti di forza, punti deboli, opportunità e sfide;
- Sviluppo analisi ad hoc per progetti strategici incentrati sulla strategia di allocazione e gestione degli stock;
- Lavorare a stretto contatto e in modo trasversale con i team retail, finance e produzione per garantire la strategia a breve termine e a lungo termine.
- Creazione del budget;
- Definizione OTB canale Retail e supporto alla definizione degli OTB per distributori;
- Laurea in economia o esperienza lavorativa equivalente;
- Esperienza minima di 5 anni nel settore della moda preferibile in un multi-brand;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e orale;
- Ottima conoscenza e padronanza di Excel (creazione tabelle pivot, cerca verticale, etc.…);
- Precisione e organizzazione;
- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali;
- Pensiero analitico e attenzione al dettaglio;
- Flessibilità e autonomia;
- Predisposizione al team working;
- Capacità organizzative, proattività e motivazione.

La figura sarà inserita all'interno del team Merchandising e si occuperà in autonomia delle seguenti attività:
