Industrial Services Manager

Responsibilities:

Ensures that personnel managing, operating and maintaining industrial services plant and infrastructure are competent to do so.
Ensures that competency assessment and competency building plans are in place, routinely reviewed and executed for the Industrial Services team.
Plans, performs and manages design, modification and improvements to industrial services plant, equipment and infrastructure utilising own area of competency and specialisation or with competent 3rd parties.
Supports operation of industrial services to ensure high efficiency, quality and compliance.
Assists in the budgeting and cost monitoring of industrial services. Identifies and drives energy and water saving opportunities.
Manages quality, environmental and internal and external compliance requirements for industrial services through management and monitoring processes and routines.
Ensures process and personnel safety with regard to industrial services plant and equipment from design and installation through to routine and periodic safety inspections and audits.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

Degree in engineering
Minimum 5 years in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Project Engineer or Project Manager, Industrial Services or equivalent positions)
Fixed Assets Maintenance responsibilities, including maintenance budget preparation and control (preferably including exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution)
Personnel Supervision (of technical teams, contractors or other 3rd parties)
Participation in multidisciplinary teams that focuses in process or continuous improvement
Self management following defined KPIs / objectives, and proactively tracking them
Microsoft Office management at an advance level (mainly Excel, Power Point)
Autocad management at an advance level
Analytical and problemsolving skills
Work under pressure and ability to manage multiple and varied tasks simultaneously so to comply with internal and regulatory deadlines
Proficient knowledge of Italian and English language

Skills and Qualifications Desired:

A previous experience in a similar role/Engineering/Food factory will be a plus
Ability to multitask
Preparation of Investment budgets, and acquisition of technical equipment Industrial Services
