Main responsibilities:
Conceives holistic strategy for property management and accounting services to be provided by ClientNetworks strategically with Client's service providersCoordinates escalation issues concerning service providersRepresents the Client at investor meetings or similarMaintains a regular contact with the Portfolio Development DirectorSet-up and manages a small business unit (up to 2-3 persons)Commercial Property Management main activities:
Ancillary Costs (tenant settlement)Management of advertising association/marketing budgetManagement of mall activitiesInvestor's reporting Requisiti:
Degree in economics
From 10 years onwards of experience in the real estate sector
Solid network in real estate / property management and international collaboration experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills, strong organisational and stress management skills, and a propensity for teamwork
Sense of responsibility and a deadline-oriented culture
Proactivity, flexibility and resilience
Very good Microsoft 365 skills
Fluent in English
