    About the Role

    We seek a Software Engineer to join our Engineering department.

    The successful candidate will manage AVG projects from concept to completion, building industry-leading solutions.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Designing automation software solutions for process machines;
    • Developing software for machine lifecycle, including design, development, production, and maintenance;
    • Performing simulations, debugging, and testing of machines;
    • Providing operational problem-solving support to internal and external customers;
    • Writing technical documentation;
    • Collaborating with customer service on remote support and commissioning phase.

    Requirements for Success

    • A High School Diploma or Master's degree in Electronics/IT/telecommunications or related fields;
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and innovation-focused mindset;
    • Familiarity with PLC programming tools and languages such as Codesys and C#;
    • Basic knowledge of motion control platforms like Beckhoff or Omron;
    • Ability to read electrical diagrams;
    • Fluency in English language;
    • Comfortable with occasional business trips (25-30%).
