    Sky Italia, nell'ambito della struttura CUSTOMER RETENTION della direzione CCO, ricerca uno stagista che supporterà i colleghi in attività di:

    Analisi e monitoraggio dei risultati dei vari canali Digital (DEM, sito web, SEM);

    Monitoring digital retention funnel (KPI's & Analytics)

    Disegno Customer journey al fine di massimizzare le interazioni digitali del cliente.

    Requisiti:

    conoscenza dei concetti basilari di digital marketing

    eccellente conoscenza di Excel

    preferibile conoscenza di tool di web analytics (es. AdobeAnalytics)

    preferibile conoscenza di PowerPoint

    curiosità e ottime doti analitiche

    attenzione al dettaglio
