We are looking for a
Quality Data Analyst & Conformity Check to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the
Head of QA Plant Quality.


You will be responsible for the collection of issues through the Quality checkpoints from line-in of the car until final release for customer, to provide a complete set of data to the Problem Solving rounds through KPIs elaboration and management.


You will be responsible to analyse the pre-series vehicles documentation, to evaluate documents of registration and traceability of the operations and all the interventions needed for the saleability.


You will be focused on the following activities:
Quality Data Analyst activities

  • Collection of issues through the Quality checkpoints
  • Attend to problem solving rounds providing info for root cause analysis and solution definition.
  • Build specific data and statistics for complex issues.
  • Collect statistical data for lesson learnt.
  • Compile standard and dedicated reporting of KPIs.
  • Propose and implement improved / automatized KPIs report.
Conformity check activities

  • Verification of initial release status of the vehicle
  • Evaluation of components and processes different from series production
  • Documents preparation needed for internal processes
  • Overall process improvement, drawing up related procedures

About you

  • University degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace, Automotive).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Automotive
  • Quality or Production experience, as a plus
  • General knowledge of manufacturing processes in automotive field
  • Good knowledge of IT SW for data management
  • Italian & English knowledge, German will be considered a plus
  • Team working attitude
  • Analytical skills
  • Selfconfident and able to facilitate discussions.
  • Good communication skills
