Il nuovo brand italiano di Hospitality di lusso, Le Graal, ha 3 aperture in programma sul territorio tra 2026 e 2027.
Nato con l'obiettivo di creare una collezione di 10 hotel nei prossimi anni, il brand si fonda su una visione audace e inedita dell'ospitalità contemporanea.
Gli Hotel si collocano nel segmento 5 stelle lusso con concept differenti e inaspettati e un'attenzione particolare a design, cultura e sensorialità.
Dopo due anni di profonda ristrutturazione, lo storico Hotel Italia ri-apre come l'innovativo Hotel 5 stelle lusso Le Graal, caratterizzato da un design contemporaneo e ricercato, con l'obiettivo di offrire agli ospiti un'esperienza di ospitalità unica e memorabile attraverso un servizio impeccabile, empatico e spontaneo.

OverallAs a key figure in the Food & Beverage team, the Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's signature dining outlet.
With a passion for service and attention to detail, this role helps ensure that every guest experience is seamless, elegant, and unforgettable.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a hands-on role in team supervision, service coordination, and guest interaction, contributing to the excellence and reputation of the restaurant and the hotel overall.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service during all shifts.
- Lead and supervise the service team, ensuring alignment with brand standards and a guest-centric approach.
- Assist in staff scheduling, daily briefings, and team development, fostering a positive and high-performing environment.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond promptly to feedback or concerns, and ensure follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and sommelier team to ensure seamless coordination between service and culinary delivery.
- Contribute to the creation of memorable dining experiences through personalized attention and elegant interaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and internal policies.
- Support inventory management, cost control, and ordering processes.
- Participate in training programs, performance reviews, and staff onboarding as needed.
- Promote a culture of excellence, discretion, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Previous experience (minimum 2–3 years) in a supervisory or assistant manager role within upscale or fine dining restaurants, preferably in luxury hotels.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Excellent knowledge of service techniques, food and wine pairing, and luxury hospitality etiquette.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Confidence in using restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Customer-oriented attitude, with impeccable presentation and a refined sense of hospitality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Legal right to work in Italy.
