The CEO Office plays a key role in turning the vision of TeamSystem Group into reality.

The Team supports the CEO, Stakeholders and Business Units in detailing and executing the strategy of TeamSystem and takes responsibility for leading and executing high impact strategic initiatives, in partnership with M&A Department and Business Unit General Management.

The Integration Manager will work on TeamSystem businesses integration strategy and on projects/initiatives related to post-merger integration of most relevant and strategic acquisitions done by TeamSystem Group; the IM will also be responsible of supporting the Top Management in setting the budget for the acquired companies and monitor actual performance.

The integration projects will be cross-functional and will give the PM the chance to interact with many Business Units and Teams within TS and to have frequent exposure to TeamSystem CEO and Top Management, in addition to managing the relationship with the acquired companies and their entrepreneurs/founders.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
Strong leadership and influencing skills, with emphasis on achieving results and manage autonomously the interactions and relationship with the acquired companies entrepreneurs and with TeamSystem Management; strong collaboration and team working skills; Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, workstreams and potentially multiple projects; ability to prioritize multiple deliverables to meet deadlines; goal-oriented Ability to work in a structured way, setting clear goals and monitoring results; ability to organize his activities/tasks and to guide initiatives involving multi-functional teams with many colleagues; Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, to resolve complex situations and to find alternative and practical solutions; strategic minded; Strong quantitative skills,including modelling and use of excel; Strong written and verbal communication skills, including power point presentations; ability to lead/coordinate meetings with multiple participants/interactions

REQUIREMENTS:

4-6 years of experience as a Senior Consultant in Strategy and Management Consulting Firms is mandatory; Alternatively, we also value experienced PMs coming from a career in Corporate organizations, with a maximum of 4-6 years of experience in Strategy, Transformation or Business Development, familiar with working in a large organisation (e.g., working cross-functionally/departmentally) and in fast changing environments; Flexibility in travelling for work; MSc in Economics or Engineering; Italian and English proficient knowledge.
