We are looking for an IT APPLICATION MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST based in VALDAGNO.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

Managing in accordance with Project Manager communications and expectations with business and internal IT stakeholders
Reporting and tracking the progress of bugs/defects from discovery through to resolution
Managing change requests via Demand Management activities with IT Omnichannel Project Manager supervision
Helping IT Omnichannel Project Manager to monitor supplier deliverables against SLAs
Collaborating with IT Omnichannel Project Manager to establish metric/performance reporting approach
Support to translate business, functional, and technical requirements into tasks and activities, identifying dependencies and multi-phased deliverables, effort, resources assignment and time goals
Coordinating and monitoring suppliers' involvement with IT Omnichannel Project Manager help
Managing and updating project management tools
Holding project team members accountable for deliverables, coordinating and supporting
Be client and colleague centric and actively participates in and encourages others to utilize creative and innovative approaches

REQUIREMENTS:

Preferably educated to degree level:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
Min 3 years' experience in similar role
Basic project management principles/methodologies/tools are a plus
Project management skills are a plus
Strong analytical thinking skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Structured and target-oriented working style
Experience with E-commerce and omnichannel landscape, focused on final client needs and centricity
Experienced in AMS and bug management processes
Preferred experience in the use of Jira, Confluence and in the use of ServiceNow
Digital and omnichannel addicted
Ability to prioritize in a flexible and changing environment
Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a large team, both inside and outside the organization
Detail-oriented behaviour
Proactivity, and positive mindset
Capacity to manage stress situations
Fluent in English
