In the contest of THALES ALENIA SPACE ITALY we are looking for an HR Business Partner, the role is part of the governance defined by the HR Business Partner in order to satisfy HR needs coming from the relevant business function.
- Having care of cases of litigations, exit incentive activities;
- Implement the peoplerelated development plans, working back to back with line managers to monitor and grow employees' engagement,
- Develop a good knowledge of individuals strengths/development areas versus business/role requirements;
- Support the line managers in making and executing quality and timely peoplerelated decisions in the areas of talent acquisition and mobility, performance management, talent management, rewards, learning and development;
- Manage capacity rampup / down plans until completion.
- Employee Relations: working in close association with the Employee Relations Team to ensure correct advice, for the effective management and resolution of HR operational cases in line with Local Law, National and Company Agreements and Company regulations.
- Compensation and Benefits : ensuring that the compensation and benefits services are provided in accordance with the rules and policy in place and the allocated budget;
- Learning and Development: implementing the yearonyear development plan in close association with line managers and Learning and Development functional experts (training, internal mobility, projects exposure, skills empowerment, );
- Metrics and Reporting: ensuring that HR Information Systems provide the required data to support the effective planning and management of HR activities.
- Talent Management : following succession planning, management of high potential and of keycontributors, development and implementation of "early careers" plans, internal mobility processes;
- People Cost and Headcount Management : defining together Line Managers people headcount and maximizing always efficacy and efficiency of the human resources contribution to the business;
- Recruitment: activate, in line with headcount needs, recruitment actions in order to take on board new employees respecting time and quality.
- Organization: analyze and review Organization structures in line with the Department
Skills & Experience:
- Master degree level or equivalent
- Solid generalist HR support on a "wholebusiness" basis within a manufacturing / technical services organization minimum 5 years
- Knowledge of Italian Labor Law.
- Familiar with HR Information Systems and Office package
- Good communication skills
- Verbal and written fluency in English and Italian. French knowledge will be a plus.
