About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Excellence Manager to drive performance, pricing excellence, and process standardization across our global commercial organization. As a key member of our team, you will enable sales teams with data-driven insights, best-in-class tools, and consistent ways of working to deliver sustainable growth.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversight of Global Commercial KPIs and Performance Analysis (Revenue, Margins, Pricing Customer Performance)


• Identification of Growth Opportunities and Performance Gaps Turning Insights into Action


• Support for Go-to-Market Strategies Pricing Promotions Revenue Management


• Promotion of Commercial Process Standardization CRM Adoption Digital Transformation

Skills & Qualifications:

Required Skills: - 8–12 years’ experience in commercial sales or pricing roles.
    - 3+ years in commercial excellence or sales management roles.
    - Strong international exposure matrix experience;
    - Solid expertise in pricing strategy CRM BI commercial analytics
