Role description:

Set and implement the brand digital strategy by working with crossfunctional partners to map and transition traditional processes to digital ones
Drive digital innovation and serve as a crossfunctional change agent across the organization
Measure ROI on digital projects, finetuning approaches as needed to ensure we're investing in the right tools and resources
Lead resource planning, management, reporting and coordination of projects/initiatives to deliver change in line with availability and business requirements
Lead digital planning, including IT projects and the allocation of staffing resources
Oversee the financial aspects of the project including purchasing, budgeting, budget review and budget forecasting
Responsible of the Digital Planning together with 3rd party suppliers, including the Brand Website, 3D modelling, AR, Configurator, IT infrastructure, Data Analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing or Communication
At least 35 years of experience in digital marketing
Understand core business processes and associated technical solutions
Have an innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward
Knowledge of IT & information governance including GDPR, in strong collaboration with Legal department
Strong written and verbal communication skills, Italian and English
Project management
International knowledge of Web dynamics
Office and
