We are Hiring:

Project Officer and Finance Officer positions at IPA ADRION JSIPA ADRION is looking for aProject Officerand aFinance Officerfor the Joint Secretariat based in Bologna, Italy.

TheProject Officer's main responsibilitiesrevolve around assessing projects and overseeing their content aspects.

This includes offering insights into content-related topics, monitoring approved operations in comparison to the sanctioned application forms and Program targets.

The Officer will actively engage in events organized by projects, offering guidance to lead partners if a project is off-schedule and ensuring the accurate achievement of indicators.

Additionally, the Project Officer will track the progress of project activities and hold the responsibility of approving project reports.
TheFinance Officer's primary responsibilitiescenter around assessing projects with a focus on financial aspects of monitoring.

This involves providing information on financial topics, overseeing approved operations, and advising lead partners in cases where project financial progress deviates from the schedule.

The Finance Officer will address reallocations of project budget if needed and handle any other financial issues that may arise during the project.

Additionally, the officer will monitor the reimbursement procedures to project beneficiaries, ensuring a smooth financial process throughout the project lifecycle.

Both positions, Project Officer and Finance Officer, will be based inBologna, Italy. Remote working will be possible only fromItaly .
