We are looking for a Operative Specialist to join our team in Maranello (MO).

YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:

• Maintaining accurate inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and optimize storage space
• Coordinating shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy and timely handling of goods
• Planning and scheduling transportation activities, monitor routes, and ensure on-time deliveries
• Reporting process and activity execution anomalies by operators and managing the resolution of anomalies detected
• Monitoring and managing operational and Quality KPIs both internal and external required by the customer contract
• Monitoring and managing KPIs and audits of housekeeping, safety, and environment
• Leading and developing the team through learning and continuous feedback
• Complying with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Quality standard and Ethical code

WHO YOU ARE:

• You hold an High School Diploma
• You have already managed similar challenges for at least 3 years
• You have a strong problem-solving attitude and critical thinking
• You are able to manage complexities and stress
• You have e xcellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• You have an analytical mindset and can see details in the chaos
• You are proficient in MS Office
• You are preferably familiar with the Warehouse System Management (WMS) software
