Fidia is prioritizing its R&D efforts in areas with the greatest scientific and commercial promise, such as Primary Care, Joint Care, Skin Care, Aesthetic Care, Eye Care and Regenerative Care.

With the aim of implementing the lab team we are recruiting a

QC Lab Manager
Who will be responsible for the laboratory of technology controls and sampling, reporting to the QC Manager.

Main responsibilities:

Ensures that analyses and tests are carried out to enable efficient and reliable control of processes, finished products and raw materials, in accordance with established procedures and programs.
Ensures that employees are trained and that safety standards in laboratories are maintained.
Collaborates with relevant headquarters and plant units in the implementation of programs aimed at process and product improvement, providing the necessary specialized laboratory assistance.
Collaborates in establishing and updating control specifications, test specifications and sampling methods.
Collaborates with other functions within the company and with suppliers to solve problems related to laboratory activities (material procurement, receipt of samples, instrumental malfunctions, etc.).
Promotes the updating of analysis plans and ensures the optimal use of entrusted resources to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborates with the headquarters quality function in the management of the plant quality system by periodically reporting the results and progress of activities and promoting system improvement actions.
Develops investment, cost and personnel budgets and related improvement proposals.
Ensures proper personnel management according to assigned tasks.

Requisitions:

Degree in chemistry or pharmaceutical chemistry and technology.
Experience of at least 3 years in the same role, preferably within a technological controls and sampling laboratory.
English language proficiency, preferably at B2 level.
Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.

Our offer:

We offer a permanent contract with "A" grading of chemical pharmaceutical national collective agreement, a salary between € and € and short-term incentives based on the achievement of objectives.
