We are hiring We are looking for a Local HR Business Partner that will join the KN Italy HR team

Your Responsibilities:


  • Manage at local level employees relations matters and relationships with Unions and Workers' Councils, together with taking care of litigation prevention
  • Manage at local level negotiation and definition of supplementary agreements according to applied CLA
  • Ensures compliance to employment laws and regulations and acts as internal advisor for management and HR Function
  • Business partnership and advisory
  • Advise Management & Client to influence decisions that have an impact on people, organization, culture and consequently on business results
  • Build relationships with Management & Client to drive the effective execution of HR strategy, programs and projects, strictly collaborating with HR centers of expertise
  • Contribute to assess HR implications of business strategy, identify opportunities and solutions to meet business needs
  • Manage strategic workforce planning and monitor relevant KPIs e.g. absenteism, turnover in alignment with business needs and hiring strategy
  • Handle organizational design optimization to increase productivity and improve business performance especially in managing flexibility during seasonal peaks
  • Drive Talent Management and People Development processes' implementation
  • Contribute to proper deployment of compensation strategy
  • Facilitate change management and engagement within the business and support cultural evolution at all levels
  • Contribute to assess HR implications of business strategy, identify opportunities and solutions to meet business needs
  • Manage strategic workforce planning and monitor relevant KPIs e.g. absenteeism, turnover in alignment with business needs and hiring strategy
  • Handle organizational design optimization to increase productivity and improve business performance especially in managing flexibility during seasonal peaks
  • Proven work experience as an HRBP or similar role for a minimum of 3 to 5 years, ideally in multinational companies
  • Proven experience supporting the management of relations with Unions and Union's representatives at a local level, along with Union negotiations
  • Experience supporting the management of disciplinary cases and exits
  • Ability to have ownership, selfmotivation, and drive to deliver exceptional service.
  • High level of resilience working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment

Your Skills and Experiences:


  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Human Resources or Humanities field.
  • Master's Degree or a Master on HR field will be considered a plus.
  • English level Advanced
  • Achieve results setting plans and priorities for self and others, focusing on effective solutions
  • Promote feedback culture and leverage network to identify opportunities for business solutions
  • Translate strategy and business objective into concrete actions. Promote efficiency to contribute to commercial success
  • Encourage a mindset of continuous improvement, supporting the translation of new ideas into practical solution
  • Support others in their development, leveraging each person's motivation to get the best out of him/her
  • Know customer's priorities, challenges and opportunities. Offer solutions to improve customer service
