What are we looking for:

Are you passionate about fashion and public relations? We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Intern to join our Fashion and PR team.

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of fashion and public relations.

If you have excellent organizational and communication skills, and a strong desire to learn, this internship is perfect for you.

Responsabilities:

• Handle daytoday sample requests from, press, stylists, influencers and brand internal requests. Proactively outreaching to Fashion Assistants for potential opportunities
• Keeping track of all samples and their whereabouts through internal sample tracker
• Continuously update internal databases
• Assisting on the execution of gifting projects, including ordering packaging, couriers and tracking results
• Showroom / sample management
• Monitoring and clipping all press and VIP coverage to share with the agency and brands
• Assisting with the execution of brand events
• Assist the PR Managers in daily tasks.
• Support in event coordination
• Assist with administrative tasks.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Communication or ongoing studies.
• Detail oriented, with an organized manner of working.
• Time efficient, able to prioritize and multitask Must be selfmotivated, trustworthy, team player, flexible and professional
• Fluency in English is essential
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of social media platforms
