**Contesto**

Team dell'unità di Packaging& Warehouse che si occupa della Gestione dei Training e della revisione delle LSOP - Local Standard Operating Procedure dell'MPU.

Nel dettaglio le aree di riferimento sono:

- Training: implementazione e gestione del processo di training relativo ai requisiti di formazione previsti per i diversi ruoli aziendali;
- Documentazione: Emissione e revisione della documentazione di processo, gestione dei flussi di revisione e dell'intero ciclo di vita dei documenti GMP
- Deviazioni: Gestione degli eventi di deviazione dai processi
- Change Control: Gestione delle richieste di cambiamento nell'ambito del processo Packaging/WH
- Allarmi: Gestione dei sistemi che monitorano temperatura e umidità di locali celle e frigoriferi in Packaging& Warehouse

**Obiettivi e modalità di svolgimento**

Progetto CBL - Competency Based Learning: sviluppare/applicare una metodologia di learning basta sulle competenze specifiche dei ruoli operativi nell'ambito dell'unità Packaging& Warehouse di GSK Vaccines Rosia.

La risorsa dovrà supportare nelle seguenti attivtià: mappare il processo end to end, definire le competenze, creare "carta delle competenze" e materiale di training con relativo kit learning e assessment card, creare il Learing plan (piano di training secondo la nuova matrice delle competenze). Sviluppare skills comunicativi e soft skills, il progetto prevede una mappatura dei ruoli operativi e delle competenze necessarie che si raggiunge attraverso l'interazione con il personale operante nelle aree, i Team coordinator ed gli Operational Manager;
- utilizzo di supporti audiovisivi, il materiale di learning sarà costituito oltre che da documentazione scritta da tool visivi ( video) - proget management saranno applicati tools di programmazione attività (gant).

Durata: 6 mesi con possibilità di proroga fino a 12 mesi

Data di inizio: Giugno 2023

Modalità di svolgimento: 100% in presenza

- Laurea Magistrale in discipline scientifiche: CTF, Farmacia, Chimica, Biologia ecc
- Conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto office
- Conoscenza e dimestichezza con programmi di editing e creazione video
