Chiesi Corporate Functions
These are all the functions based in Parma supporting the business: Global HR, Global ICT, Global Finance, Global Communication and Public Affairs, Shared Values & Sustainability, Corporate Internal Auditing, Global Strategy & Corporate Development, Legal & Corporate Affairs, Global Procurement.
Purpose
You will join the Global Credit Management Team, supporting the colleagues with the government of the company's overall credit situation.
Main Responsibilities
Management of Customer Master Data
Control and processing of credit reports
Customer credit control and related order releasing based on customer loyalty evaluation
Management of company platforms relating to the Credit
Relations with External Legal and consultants for management of the related costs vs budget
Processing relating to VAT obligations in EEC area
Credit Collection and direct contacts with customers and Chiesi affiliates
Processing of the bad debt provision
Experience Required
At least 2 years of experience in the role.
General Knowledge of procedures related to the Credit Area and Accounts Receivable fiscal rules
Education
Either academic or high-school diploma
Languages
Italian is required
English intermediate
Technical Skills
SAP and SAP Analyzer
Microsoft office package - very good knowledge of excel
Soft Skills
