    Are you an IT Infrastructure Specialist? Would you like to develop your career in one of the biggest Logistics Company in the world? Your Role The IT Infrastructure Specialist works within the IT function.

    IT in Kuehne+Nagel is a fondamental asset for the business and encompasses a wide range of activities and services, they are accountable to support business throughout its operativity assuring the business continuity.

    They also focus on fostering continous IT infrastrucure innovation and digital transformation. Is part of the IT Department and contribute to help desk activities while maintaining the IT infrastructure.

    Provide support to deliver consistent and high quality standards of services, promoting continuous improvement with a focus on IT security.


    Your Responsibilities Security:
    Assist the monitoring of daily activities of IT KPIs, contributing to IT securityReport any kind of risk (HW or SW) potentially compromising the smooth operation of information systemsBe updated consulting the Corporate IT security policies

    Technical Features:
    Control monitoring tools and ensure the functioning of all the Italian Servers, Databases and Network componentCheck on a daily basis the execution of Backup ProceduresArchive and maintain IT documentation on Team's WikiManage Microsoft 365 environment (Onedrive, Sharepoint, Teams)

    Network troubleshootingManage radiofrequency equipment (RF gun, vehicle mounted, printer)User Support:
    Cooperate with Help Desk Support to all Italian sites/officesAssist in the maintenance of all local hardwares across Italian sitesSupport the requirements gathering for new sites, warehouses and business

    Process Improvement:
    Collaborate in the submission of proposals and ideas for improving IT Infrastructure.
