    Investor Relations Manager (IRM) – Dubai (UAE)Investment Sourcing, Strategic Capital & Regional Development Part-time, unpaid during the early phase Hybrid work model (Dubai-based with potential travel to Milan, Doha – Qatar, or Boston) Travel and meeting expenses will be reimbursed upon approvalAn NDA must be signedThis position includes a performance-based commission structure on successfully secured investments .The role may evolve into Regional Director – UAE , Head of GCC Investments based on results.

    About the Role:


    We are seeking an Investor Relations Manager (IRM) based in Dubai responsible for:Identifying and engaging high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs)Family officesSovereign wealth affiliatesVenture capital firmsStrategic corporate investors The selected candidate will actively build a strong regional investment network and secure capital for Institute Itech's international projects.

    This is a results-oriented role designed for a highly connected, strategic, and persuasive professional.


    Responsibilities:
    Investor Sourcing & Relationship DevelopmentIdentify and engage potential investors within Dubai and the wider UAEDevelop long-term strategic relationships with family offices and institutional entitiesOrganize meetings, presentations, and investor briefingsFundraising & Deal StructuringSupport fundraising rounds (pre-seed, seed, Series A)

    Collaborate with the CEO and finance leadership on investment documentationAssist in structuring investment proposals suitable for GCC marketsRepresentation & NetworkingRepresent Institute Itech at regional investment forums and networking eventsMaintain ongoing investor communication and relationship managementBuild partnerships with innovation hubs and financial institutionsCompensation Structure Commission-based compensation on successfully secured investments Commission percentage to be defined contractually based on deal size and structureLong-term strategic growth opportunities within the organizationRequirements Minimum 5+ years experience in investor relations, venture capital, private equity, or high-level business development Existing network in Dubai / UAE investment ecosystem Strong negotiation and relationship-building skillsFluent English (Arabic is a strong advantage)Understanding of GCC investment culture and regulatory contextAbility to operate autonomously and deliver measurable resultsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with family offices or sovereign-linked entitiesBackground in technology, sustainability, Med Tech, or AI sectorsTrack record of successfully closing investment dealsInternational business exposureBenefits ProvidedCommission-based performance compensationReimbursement of approved travel and investor-related expensesStrategic involvement in a high-growth international innovation ecosystemOpportunity to evolve into Regional Director – UAE or Head of GCC InvestmentsHow to ApplyPlease send:
