- Assist in the budget and forecast process for regional entities by collaborating with local HR and Finance teams.
- Analyze new hiring requests and organizational changes from various regions.
- Consolidate and analyze data from different countries.
- Prepare monthly reports and executive summaries covering personnel costs, turnover, stores' productivity, and other relevant indicators.
- Provide ad hoc consolidated data and analysis to Top Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics.
- MBA or similar qualification highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work to stringent deadlines.
- Self-starter and self-motivated.
- Excellent English communication skills.
