Activities:

Running comprehensive electrical characterization in Micron Vimercate labs of Cell array from Micron devices, including speed and reliability tests (cycling, retention, operative temperature,..) vs specifications.
Developing physical models to explain experimental data.

Suitable as thesis for Electronic engineering Master degree

Requirements:

Electronic engineer (or similar) student at last year of master degree
Theoretical background on semiconductor components

Attitude to team work, experimental analysis and modeling
