- This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
- The starting date is estimated in July/August.
- Receive, unload, and process deliveries and account for incoming freight based on invoice and receiving reports.
- Store merchandise by department, mark appropriately for placement in facility, and deliver merchandise to appropriate department.
- Maintain accuracy in the internal company system.
- Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs and updating of company systems.
- Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports to ensure count accuracy collaborating with the accountancy department.
- Receive, store, ship, and deliver incoming and outgoing department packages and mail. Secure the receiving room and its contents, ensuring safekeeping of packages.
- Follow all local hazardous material shipping guidelines and regulations.
- Ship all out-going mail and packages.
- Verify quantity and condition of packages upon receipt prior to delivery to guest.
- Communicate with guest regarding received packages.
- Maintain accurate tracking system on all shipping and receiving transactions, including receiving guest signatures for received packages.
- Communicate with proper management regarding any loss or damage with packages.

Reinterpreted by Studio Urquiola, Casa Brera features 116 sophisticated guestrooms including 15 suites and the Milanese Suite. Hidden behind a rationalist façade, you will find a world of international elegance, transcending the traditional hotel experience. Our hotel promises cosmopolitan luxury, authentic lifestyle and a timeless Milanese elegance.
A Culinary hub, here flavors and sounds from different places seamlessly interlace. Odachi, showcases authentic Japanese cuisine in a cosmopolitan setting while those looking for a truly Italian experience can indulge at Scena by Michelin star Chef Andrea Berton. The Living is a welcoming space for guests to socialize over aperitivo and Milanese light bites. Creating a high-quality guest experience isn't just about our front-of-house and other hotel-based teams. Our people behind the scenes keep the business growing, improving, and running smoothly, enabling us to maintain the very best hotel environments, facilities and services. You love all things related to logistics, purchasing operations and reports, but you don't want to be confined behind your PC nor in the stockroom. You are a people-person, and you enjoy direct human contact with all the other departments of the hotel. You understand how busy the front of the house operations can get and you want to be helpful and supportive. So, by receiving and shipping material, recording it accurately in the system, you'll help ensure we're in a good place to continue providing great destinations that guests return to time after time.
