  • Efficiency studies (OEE);
  • Promoting Continuous improvement culture throughout the organization;
  • Executing internal and external benchmarking analysis;
  • Design, drive and dimension productivity projects (such as automation, relayout, shift management);
  • Performing operative projects using typical industrial engineering tools and methodologies such as time studies, Cronoanalysis, man/machine chart, Value Stream mapping;
  • Valorizing benefits of industrial projects;
  • Create and updated procedure for process standardization;
  • Direct/Indirect HC optimization.

Requirements:


  • Master Degree in Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
  • Minimum 3/4 years of experience in similar role;
  • Good knowledge of lean manufacturing and green belt;
  • Ability to work in international teams;
  • Travelling flexibility (international and domestic);
  • Fluency in English.
