Efficiency studies (OEE);
Promoting Continuous improvement culture throughout the organization;
Executing internal and external benchmarking analysis;
Design, drive and dimension productivity projects (such as automation, relayout, shift management);
Performing operative projects using typical industrial engineering tools and methodologies such as time studies, Cronoanalysis, man/machine chart, Value Stream mapping;
Valorizing benefits of industrial projects;
Create and updated procedure for process standardization;
Direct/Indirect HC optimization.

Requirements:
