The opening 5-Star Resort "Salò Sì" belonging to the international group "Hirmer Hospitality" is located in Salò on a verdant hillside overlooking the amazing Lake Garda.
This prestigious Hotel houses 99 guest rooms and suites and is provided with 2 Restaurants, 2 Bars, a Meeting room, an Open air Drive In Vintage Cinema, an innovative Wellness Center & SPA of 2,000 square meters, a Gym, a Yoga room, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor swimming pools.
The
Chef de Partie - Cuochi Capi partita of the opening 5-Star Hotel "L'Affetto sul Lago di Garda" belonging to the international Hotel chain Travel Charme will assist the Breakfast Chef, the Sous Chef and the Executive Chef.
The Chef de Partie will develop and mentor the junior members (commis de cuisine and apprentices) and assure the guests receive a dreamy experience and the highest levels of service in compliance with HACCP and the Hotel standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the efficient and daily "mise en place" in order to maximize time versus productivity;
- Overseeing the preparation of all courses in order to satisfy fully the guests ́ orders, assuring the highest quality,
- Responsible for the setting up operations and dating all food containers, guaranteeing that all perishables are kept at correct conditions;
- Synergical collaboration with the Breakfast Chef, the Sous Chef and the Executive Chef;
- Team building (developing and mentoring the commis de cuisine and apprentices);
- Proactivity, flexibility and openness to cooperate with the other cooking lines when necessary and required;
- Punctuality, great attention to details, customer centricity, high team working.

- Minimum 3 years ́ work experience at a highlevel Restaurant/Hotel in the same role;
- Italian and English confidence are mandatory. A third language is preferable (e.g. German and Russian);
- Customer centricity, high attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills are a must;
- Legal right to work in Italy.
