Business Unit Financial Controller
(Ref. TN/CFC 2023)

Supporting Local Controlling team for the assigned Subsidiaries in preparing Managerial Reporting (Actual, Budget, Forecasts), sharing and fostering tools and procedures among them to improve efficiencies and effectiveness;
Consolidating Profit&Loss by Business Units/Product Lines (Actual, Budget, Forecasts) for the assigned Business Units, supporting BU Management Team with accurate reporting, deviations analysis, commentaries and risk analysis;
Providing adhoc analysis, simulations and reports required by Company Management to support decision making and risk management within assigned BU/subsidiaries.

Required profile

Master's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related disciplines;
Minimum 4/5 years of experience. Experience in similar role in a structured EPC/EPCM companies and/or in a Big Four audit firm will be a plus;
Outstanding analytical skills, problem solving capabilities and a resultdriven approach;
Knowledge of methods and techniques to analyze current and future financial situation identifying trends and problems (actual vs. Budget analysis, variance analysis, etc.);
Business Acumen and Relational Skills to effectively interact with Finance and Non-Finance people within the organization;
Strong proficiency in Office Automation software tools, Excel in particular;
Knowledge of ERP Software (SAP CO-SAP FI) will be considered a plus;
Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken), additional language is an added value;
Accuracy and stress tolerance in compliance with deadlines;
