For our global Internal Audit team, we are looking for a talented student or new graduate for a 6-months internship, based in our Headquarter in Parma (Italy).

You will have the opportunity to move within a very fast-paced environment, supporting the preparation of audit universes and audit plans with specific reference to ESG issues, with a main focus on Diversity & Inclusion.

You will also support the monitoring of corporate activities for the purposes of Legislative Decree 231/2001.

As an active member of the Internal Audit team, this experience will also give you the chance to develop your talent in a professional and multicultural working environment of a global company, where you will gain valuable insights, skills and competencies that will help you build your expertise.

For students, the internship can also represent the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of final dissertation.

Internship Objectives

The project envisages the development of skills and methodologies for ESG audits, with particular attention on social issues (D&I) and testing activities within the scope of Legislative Decree 231/200
The main relationships will be held with the business units involved in Diversity & Inclusion and in the processes being analyzed under Legislative Decree 231/200
The project aims at supporting the collection of information that can be acquired both through internet searches and by investigating Group D&I policies and projects, in order to outline an audit universe, including audit table units and methodologies control, with the aim of carrying out an audit schedule and providing assurance to the company in the ESG area with a particular focus on D&I.
The activities will focus also on preparing/elaborating accurate information and analysis to be shared with the Tutor and the company process owners.
Master's degree in Economics or Legal studies

Fluent English. A good knowledge of Italian will be considered as a plus
Good MS Office skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
