We are seeking a Claims Specialist to lead on the resolution of claims across the UK and international markets. This role sits at the intersection of law, insurance, and deal execution.

The successful candidate will manage transactional risk claims from initial notification through to resolution. They will undertake coverage analysis, assess liability and quantum, set claims strategy and reserves, support settlement discussions

Candidates should have experience in W&I or transactional risk claims, M&A disputes, private equity or corporate law. Strong analytical skills are required to analyze legal risk financial loss causation
