Our client operates in the B2B packaging industry with 600 hc for large e-commerce customer and also luxury business,

for its sustainability strategical organizational asset

we are looking for the

ESG MANAGER

You will report to Head of Global ESG , this is a cross-functional role in nature, as such you will be working closely with the CEO, CFO

the Officers & Directors (Sales, HR, Marketing, Operations, Service) and investors.

You will be responsible for shaping and implementing the ESG strategy and leading key initiatives.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in achieving those initiatives.

You will develop and monitor key ESG metrics and report systems.

You will be the main point of reference for all ESG work, both internally and externally.

This is a strategic, hands-on and collaborative role that requires vision, executional drive and strong stakeholder management skills.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about wider impact and ESG issues and is

able to demonstrate exceptional judgment and integrity. Your work will play a critical part

in delivering on our core objective of transforming the company into a leading sustainability

champion and an agent of impact for its clients and the wider community.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and implementing Company's ESG strategy and agenda

• Develop and monitor ESG KPIs and metrics.

• Develop, implement, and monitor organizational ESG initiatives, such as regulatory compliance CSRD, decarbonization operationalization, ESG value creation, etc.

• Coordinate, lead, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

• Produce an annual ESG/Impact report.

• Act as an ambassador, representing our mission and values Engage employees and/or clients in our initiatives.

Requirements:

• at least 5 years' experience driving Impact/Sustainability initiatives within a corporate

or consulting environment

• Mandatory a fluent english

• Strong project & stakeholder management skills

• A good mix of strategic work and hands-on executional experience

• Proactivity and independent working

• Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)

• Excellent communication skills also on public speaking

• Qualification in relevant discipline as Engineering or Economical Degrees

• Experience in marketing and brand building (preferrable).

• Experience in building and scaling teams (preferrable).

LOCATION: The ESG Manager will be based at the HQ in a Province between Umbria and Toscana, is not available any relocation or allowance but an interesting total package for the aligned best candidates.
