Position:

MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

In charge of the development and articulation of the short, medium
- and long-term business plans, ensuring alignment with other functions & implements organization wide initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Controlling Manager will have the following responsibilities:

Responsible for all data production to internal / external board (commercial-economical-financial)
Responsible for the entire budget planning / reviewing and quarterly strategic plans
Governance of the brand closing process, in direct liaison with all countries, preparing monthly and yearly closing and reporting, ensuring accuracy, predictability and timely delivery of results in respect of internal and LVMH Group deadlines
Business and economics performance analysis including sales, marketing, selling and general expenses by cost center, ensuring control
Profit analysis (volumes, cost deep dives, product margin) and ROI monitoring
Manage the annual/semiannual planning processes and forecast for the Maison
Monitor, analyze and comment monthly results against budget/planning or last year performance
Propose action plan if needed, and followup on their implementation
Supporting Administrative management during monthly closures and cash flows;
Supporting all Departments for specific analysis (stockannual awardssell in etc.);
Liaison with Reviewing Agency (storage reports certification to the Holding)
Prepare and comment materials for executive review and board meetings
Coordinating and managing team's resources

Profile:

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong experience in Finance and in Controlling in international and HQ companies
Entrepreneurial spirit to impact business and seize new opportunities
Business partnering with DirecttoConsumer leadership to support efficient decision making
Business oriented to act as a business partner both for internal stakeholders and local countries
People management and leadership attitude to deal with internal deadlines and The Group's
Technical knowledge of SAP and Office
Analytical Skills, Ability to multitasking and prioritize workload
Interested in the retail / wholesale for luxury brands
Fluent in English
