    Job Responsibilities

    As Logistics Operations Specialist youd supervise the warehousing and outbound logistics operations to achieve highest performance

    In this role you will:

    • Aid Operations Managers in steering operations with a third-party logistics provider (3PL) to guarantee utmost customer satisfaction for Sysmex.
    • Oversee internal procedures to fulfill contractually agreed timelines.
    • Serve as the primary liaison for information exchange between partners.
    • Represent Sysmex in collaborative efforts to enhance processes or address issues.
    • Manage any residual manual tasks to synchronize systems and data on ERPs.
    • Ensure the 3PL partner adheres to Sysmex Standards and achieves logistic KPIs.
    • Conduct routine business evaluations and supply reports of 3PL performances to Sysmex Management and internal stakeholders.
    • Offer product training, information, and necessary support for 3PL warehouse operations and transportation.
    • Handle all documentation pertaining to the Quality Management System, including manuals, procedures, non-conformities, and continuous improvement plans.
    • Collaborate with the QA/RA Manager to audit the 3PL partner and ensure the highest quality standards.
    • Tasked with reviewing and optimizing the inventory of stock in the warehouse.
    • Participate in projects concerning technical or system changes to adapt operations to new business requirements.
    • Be responsible for the 3PL budget and take proactive measures to optimize expenses.
    • Monitor 3PL invoices and their compliance with contractual terms.
    • Collaborate with other departments within the business operation department.

    What you need to be successful:

    • University Education or equivalent experience in this field;
    • Fluent in English and Italian;
    • At least 5 years of experience as Operation and Logistics Specialist.
    • Previous experience in the healthcare industries (preferable).
