    Castelfalfi, a luxury hospitality destination in the heart of Tuscany, is seeking a highly talented Sales Manager Leisure to join our passionate team.

    We are looking for someone who shares our vision of delivering exceptional experiences and building strong relationships with our customers and partners. As a Sales Manager Leisure, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing market share through strategic sales initiatives and relationship-building activities.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Work closely with our Director of Sales to develop and implement a successful leisure strategy, identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing relationships with key accounts.
    2. Liaise with main accounts to drive business growth and increase fare market share, hosting and attending FAM trips as needed.
    3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, utilizing various prospecting resources to solicit and secure new business on behalf of the hotel.
    4. Qualify group business to generate rooms and catering revenue, impacting RevPar performance.
    5. Create and execute account plans for assigned market territories to ensure maximum revenue and budgeted targets are achieved.
    6. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and direct sales goals, including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and fam trips.
    7. Perform customer site inspections, conduct sales calls to assigned territories, and track conversion to ensure hotel revenue objectives are impacted and achieved.
    8. Establish and maintain strong CRM hygiene, understanding and maximizing the utilization of all automated sales and reservations systems involved with group business.
    9. Participate in sales meetings and strategy meetings as required, responding and maintaining effective correspondence with all potential clients.

    Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
    • Excellent speaking, listening, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team, demonstrating diplomacy and ability to effectively deal with management, clients, and team members.
    • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, possessing a full-time CCNL (Italian Collective Bargaining Agreement) and other benefits including meals, uniforms, continuous training, and discounts on resort services.
