GROUP FULFILMENT ANALYST (M/F(X) - Maternity Leave:


Responsibilities:


Purpose:
Responsible to ensure the best possible optimization and distribution of the stock across the Markets


Principle Accountabilities:
Manage the quality of inventory to ensure that the Company stock rotation targets are achieved, whilst maximising the ability to support all sales demand;
Liaise with Supply Planning Depts on core categories to ensure we are identifying as early as possible potential stock outs and excess stock lines
High Focus on Markets priorities and collaboration with Supply Planning Team to ensure an adequate stock availability on Top Sellers SKUs with a special attention to the lines belonging to Promo activities;
Understand and manage all exceptional Logical and Physical stock movements which are not pre-planned. Allowing Sales and Logistics to focus on all movements being managed on a day by day basis;

Main Responsibilities:
Act as a key interface to Supply Planning Depts, Demand Teams, HQ Commercial Team, COMD Team and to the Subsidiaries with relation to Stock Availability topics;
Responsible to define - in collaboration with the Brand Coordinators - the Stock allocations proposals in case of confirmed stock shortages on new and current line;
Make sure that all stock issues are punctually highlighted to the Group Fulfilment Manager and that they can be part of the Local and Monthly Regional S&OP Meetings
Identify, through on-going analysis, potential stock problems, before these become Slow Moving or Excess Stock lines
Be owner of the Stock Availability Report to fix eventual issue and share information with the Markets
Re-balance Stock in DL EU Central Hubs when appropriate
Look to balance stocks wherever possible, ensure that proposals are sent to the Subsidiaries to move or receive stock from other global areas
Provide support and information on specific areas, as requested by the Group Fulfilment Manager
Identify and co-ordinate the management of any potential reworks with the Logistics team in Mignagola to try to balance stock as and when appropriate


Job Profile:


Qualifications, Knowledges:
Numerate with strong IT (PC) skills especially within SAP and Microsoft Office
Advanced Excel skills
Solid understanding of planning multiple locations within a Global Business
Commercial knowledge
Strong Analytical Background
