    We are looking for a Sales Specialist for Building Application for the province of Vicenza and Padova.

    The candidate will be responsible for the development of the territory as regards sales volumes, products mix and solutions and customer portfolio.

    The products / solutions to be promoted are related to secondary energy distribution, home & building automation, video door entry systems and charging stations for electric cars in the residential, tertiary and commercial sectors.

    Residence in the province of Vicenza (preferred ) or Padova is required.

    In this role the candidate will use their experience to foster the creation of lasting relationships with customers by focusing their attention on customer satisfaction.

    Reporting to the District Manager, you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.

    This position reports toSales ManagerYour responsibilitiesBuild and manage commercial relationship with customers, with a focus on volume, mix and profitability for every solution.

    Develop sales plan and proposal according to market needs.
    Ensure your customers an unforgettable professional experience Analyze different customers' needs to offer them a customized solution.
    Identify and develop new business opportunities.
    Bring product news and marketing campaigns proposed by the company to the market.

    Work in a sales team in order to identify and develop new market opportunities and the achievement of team goals.

    Your backgroundMore than 2 years of experience in sales.
    Experience in Energy distribution, Home & Building Automation door entry systems.
    Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
    Knowledge of Microsoft tools.
    To be an excellent team player.
    Ability to develop customers relationship.
