    Job Purpose

    We are looking for a highly motivated, junior account manager to follow the Veneto, Emilia Romagna, and Marche Areas of Italy. The Jr. Account Manager will support the senior account manager in the area and the Regional Sales Manager to operations and provide the best technical and service solution and develop long-term partnerships.

    The objective is to start from medium size customers territory plan and then evolve towards more strategic account manager role, at least 18-24 months.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Account Management.
    • Develop and maintain existing territory plan.
    • Provide Technical solutions and quotations.
    • Produce regular customer progress reports (internal and external).
    • Organise and lead regular business review meetings with customers both remotely and face-to-face.
    • Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting of customers in his portfolio and maintain monthly sales targets activities.

    Business development:

    • Responsibility to identify new prospects in his territory and opportunities at existing accounts using a specific CRM, ATLAS (Salesforce), to led approach and structure.
    • Support marketing activity includind online campaigns; partecipation at trade shows and seminars.
    • Acquire in 18/24 months capability to manage in independent way all aspects of the revenue life cycle: demand creation (CREATE), opportunity management (WIN), account management (GROW).

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Experience a similar technical or sales role, ideally with plating or LMS product range.
    • Technical experience at an applicator is also a good reference.
    • This is an external job. Travel is required.

    Skills

    • Strong ability to build rapports and leverage customer and internal relationships.
    • Be self-motivated and ability to work independently.
    • Possess a professional, positive attitude and embrace good team working.
    • Any foreign language ability in particular English would be advantageous.

    Education

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry or Business
