The Sr. Mgr.

EV Infrastructure Roll out will define and lead the yearly deployment plans for EVs and EVCPS in EU, as well as the scale up mechanisms needed to reach our 100% EV fleet 2030 commitment.

You will be able to clearly articulate the critical path towards a fully electrified fleet to ensure deployment is successful through the scale up phase (5k-10k EVs/year) and will define milestones, RACIs, processes and mechanisms, and build a robust and trustful network of stakeholders to execute the EV deployment and EVCP roll out.

As the leader of the EV Charging Infrastructure Roll Out team, you will be responsible for designing the EV and EV charging (EVCP) 3yr plan, together with the EV charging strategy, Power and Energy Strategy and Products teams, to ensure a feasible and on-time deployment, and to maximize the utilization of the EVCP network.

You will be at the centre of the EU Electrification team building the plans, and securing all the elements needed for a smooth EV transition including scale up mechanisms for EV demand, EV deployment, any changes required in EVCP on-boarding and commissioning within the EVCP network backend, and an end to end successful customer experience for Operations an other key stakeholders.

Additionally, you will execute the plan and will own and control yearly and 3yr plans budget, including the approval process with senior leadership.


This role is inherently cross-functional and requires working closely with Sustainability Engineering, construction, operations, Power and Energy Strategy, product and program management, finance, DSP, Global Fleet and Products Demand Planning, Variable Fleet, to guarantee our successful and seamless pathway towards 100% electrification.

Key job responsibilities

  • Understand the key aspects of Electrification roll out (EV demand, EV procurement, Hardware and Software)
  • Design the required mechanisms and drive the execution of the EV deployment and EVCP roll out to ensure 100% EV fleet is achieved by 2030
  • Drive strategic conversations with senior leadership to align on yearly plans, and secure yearly budget. This includes EVCP and EVs for DSP 2.0, EVCP Sortation Associate network, and support to the electrification plans of other businesses if needed
  • Lead the define, design and deploy EV charging roll out and EV deployment mechanisms to ensure ontime and quality deployment (e.g. right EV in the right jurisdiction, ontime EVCP and power commissioning)
  • Become the EV infrastructure SME and main PoC with other businesses starting the electrification journey across the company
  • Understand, and support conversations with PP/others regarding key EV/EVCP regulations/policies to ensure plans are accurate and we only deploy EVs where needed
  • Ability to work on concurrent projects in multiple geographical regions
  • Be a leader within the group as well as within internal and external teams that support the electrification pathway
  • Operate with complete autonomy to design and execute the aligned plans
