Become part of the American Collegiate Adventures (ACA) summer team ACA is a summer pre-college enrichment program for high school and middle school students.

Staff members must be dedicated, responsible and flexible individuals who enjoy working hard in a high-energy environment. Staff members receive invaluable training and experience in leadership and mentoring.

Destinations Include:
Burlington, Vermont at the University of Vermont June 2- July 22

College Park, Maryland at the University of Maryland June 2- July 22

Los Angeles, CA at UCLA June 2- July 22

Barcelona, Spain June 2- July 22

Florence, Italy June 2- July 22

ACA Staff Responsibilities:

Maintaining a safe, warm, supportive and fun environment for all students
Advising and mentoring students
Developing, facilitating and participating in activities
Living with and supervising students in residence halls / hotels
Accompanying students around campuses, cities and on weekend trips

ACA Staff Eligibility:

Applicants must be college graduates and at least 21 years old by June 26, 202
Applicants must have past experience working with high school students.
Compensation includes room, board, transportation and a competitive stipend based on program and experience.
Applicants must be fully vaccinated.
Pay $350 per week

ACA maintains a smoke, alcohol and substance-free environment
