    Hybrid Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
    Manage existing accounts and nurture client relationships to drive sales growth.
    Identify and capitalise on market trends and opportunities to gain a competitive edge.


    Requirements:
    Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the relevant markets.
    Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet with clients and prospects.
    Technical knowledge of Personal Care product formulation.
    Fluency in Italian and English languages.
